Initial HR interview was standard. The interview with the Hiring manager was odd: they only asked the standard "tell me about yourself", and did have any questions about my skills or experience. I basically felt like I was forced to conduct the interview myself, which is difficult to do if you don't have the kind of personality that willingly brags about themselves.
