Interview
When I first arrived, I had to wait for the person. She came a little late, then when I finally figured out that she was the person I was looking for, I looked over her way to tell her I was here. And she gave me a half miserable smile. Then she came to finally sit down and she basically interrogated my resume and wanted to only know about one job. I think she was expecting me to be another race (by voice on the phone) but I wasn't and she was diappointed. So it showed in her behavior towards me

Interview
The interview process itself was not too bad. The team was very welcoming and introduced to my the company the culture.
The questions themselves were straight forward, asking about my previous experience, what i currently do, and etc
Interview was 1:1 with the manager at store location. Included talk about why Chicos and how I would help being part of the team. Needed to be okay with not sitting during working hours and boss was insistent on there always was something to do during your shift.

Very nice, the assistant manager was the one that did the interview. There was basic interview questions about the interviewer and past experiences. They are pretty straight forward and the team is amazing they have good support from each other.
