Since I had previously been with the company, my initial interview was merely asking me questions like...1-what brings you back to Chico's 2-why do you want to work for Chico's 3- What are your expectations as a Sales Associate 4- What availability working part time do you have? 5- When are you available to start working for our company I think being employed on a part time basis with Chico's needs to be addressed as to what Chico's means by offering part time positions. I came on with Chico's working 20 hours. Now, Chico's is doing what they call "Spirit Scheduling" which randomly selects people to work according to sales they had the previous week. Another words, if you work a shift where people don't buy your product that day or week, you are penalized the next week. That is where I believe they are going the wrong direction. Some of us are working there because love our jobs, others work there to get a discount on clothing. My question, what is wrong with this picture?
