Panel interview (4 candidates to 2 senior leads) Pros: Overall HR experience was smooth, and group interview is quite standard and easy The other senior lead and HR during the panel interview were very respectful. Cons: During the panel interview, one particular senior lead was acting extremely disrespectful, didn’t self introduce, frequently looking at his phone, the ceiling or the table and rarely looks at us when we speak. Abruptly interrupted me during my explanation of self experience and rudely told me to “get to the point”. His phone keeps either ringing or having notification sounds and wouldn’t turn them off Advice to that senior lead: Learn how to respect others first when picking your future talent and give some care at least during interviews so that we don’t waste each other’s time.

very easy and it is not hard, two rounds interviews, one is group and the other is individual, it is a job which is fit for new grad and explore their interest

Simple behaviour interview, the interviewer is more friendly, not stressful. In groups of five, take turns to answer the questions. The atmosphere between the interviewers is also very harmonious, and everyone is excellent.
