I interviewed with the assistant manager she asked me a series of questions and she really liked my answered so she went and got the store manager and he offered me the position on the spot, I didn't have any restaurant experience prior to working for chipotle. But they really like that I was an athlete and that I was plugging into personal growth. I talked mostly about my family and why I wanted to be successful as an individual, I read a lot of books so I talked about the authors that I like and how reading has affected my attitude in a positive way.
