I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Lexington, KY)
Interview
I applied online, and was called for an interview a week later. I sat down and was interviewed by 4 or 5 people one after another, both managers and crew. It was very casual and I felt like the crew members were mainly trying to get a sense of my personality and whether or not I would be fun to work with. It felt like a conversation where they were trying to find a culture fit. I would recommend researching Chipotle, talk about sharing their values, and also trying to show that you have the 13 specific character qualities they are looking for. I felt like they were more selective than most food service jobs I've applied for / worked for.
The interview process was smooth and easy to follow from the start
Well structured and had an interactive interview with the manager
As good questions for an introductory interview
Was given refreshments during interviews
The process which involves a personal interview at their headquarters is quick and pleasant. They respect the interview time and you don't have to wait long. From there they explain more or less what job consists of
Quick process. The interview was simple. They didn’t ask too many questions, mostly availability, desired shift, and why you want to work for them. I had my second interview right after the initial one. That one mostly reviewed answers from the initial interview plus “why do you want to work here” kind of question. Overall, it was about a 10 minute process.
