Interview
The hiring process was very laid back and relaxed. Starts out with who you are what you do and then focuses on Chipotle and who they are as a company. You will be asked about food with integrity and if you know about all the great things Chipotle is trying to do to change the industry. If you get 3 interviews you're basically hired. They're looking for the 13 traits of a Chipotle crew member.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
