I applied online and called a week later to schedule an interview with the manager. The first interview took about 5 minutes. He asked about 5 questions and told me to come back tommorow to meet the crew. I went the next day and met the service manager, two kitchen managers and 2 crew members. I sat with them on their break and spoke to them the whole time. The service manager really liked me and told me that she was going to make sure I got hired. I called every two days to ask about my application and whether I got hired. After a week later , the manager finally emailed me that I got hired!! By the way I'm 17 years old :) and a senior in high school. I have orientation in 5 days so wish me luck!!
