I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Rialto, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was unlike any other interview I had been on. They made it a very enjoyable and fun experience. The first interview was a group interview and it was a little awkward at first but by them making it a personal experience they made us all feel comfortable. They began by telling everyone a little about themselves and then went around the group to let each one of us introduce ourselves.

Question 1
They of course asked the usual questions like why did we choose chipotle? But they also made it fun by asking fun questions like what our favorite candy was and what our favorite amusement park was. By them asking questions like that it broke the ice a little and made it more comfortable.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
