After submitting my application, I was invited to do a video interview. There was an opportunity to record my responses to five general questions that were then submitted to HR and the hiring manager. Following this interview, I had a skype interview with the hiring manager and the team. I received the decision a few days after this interview. The experience was mediocre. The hiring manager appeared to have made up his mind before the interview started, which made the interview seem futile. Lots of questions (leaning towards interrogation) around why I was leaving my current job despite the same answer each time.
