I applied online in Feb, 2016. Received a call a few days later to set up an interview. The first interview was a group interview of 4. This was my very first group interview so it was a little awkward. But it took about 30 minutes total. We interviewed with the "apprentice". The questions she asked were simple. The second interview was again, a group interview but just me and another person. This time, we interviewed with the kitchen manager. This took about 20 minutes. The questions he asked were much more childish and not the type you probably need to ask for a job at a fast food restaurant. At the end of the interview, I and the other applicant were told that if we were selected, we would receive a call or email. I didn't receive any call or email. I felt that I came well prepared, answered the questions cleary and professionally, and came very confident. I've read many reviews from peoples experiences interviewing at Chipotle before my first interview and I had considered many peoples advice but it seemed that it didn't work with my experience interviewing with them. I came positive, smiled, and asked many questions to show my interest in the company. I also researched a lot to let them know why I chose Chipotle and why I would want to be a part of their team. At first I felt it was probably cause of my flexibility with was only part-time but then I remembered that they're known to be flexible. So I think it was just something personal or I was over qualified based on my skills and qualification from my work experience. The interview process was easy and the questions weren't difficult. Nothing to throw you off or get you nervous. Just simple quesitons.
