The interview was held in groups and they asked questions to each person about their goals, their interest an why do they want to work in chipotle. I would have preferred to have a personal interview instead.

Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
