L'entretient était un entretient collectif avec 10 autres personnes donc beaucoup de concurrence.
Au début les managers nous font un speech à propos de l'entreprise, et quel type d'employé ils recherchent pour chipotle.
Les managers ont séparé le groupe en deux afin de nous poser diverses questions sur nos qualités, nos connaissances globales par rapport à l'entreprises, nos expériences et pourquoi nous souhaitions travailler pour chipotle.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
