I went to a Job Fair, about 11 other people showed up, and he did most of the hiring already, and I showed all 13 characteristics of what Chipotle looks for in a canidate, I told the manager my Passion, and what I'm Motivated to do, the deciding factor was Curiosty, ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS, that was probably the deciding factor of him hiring me, in the end he said, "I was not going to hire another minor, but I really like you and your passion to help those around you, with that being said, would you like to work, with a starting hourly salary of 9/hr?" I was really excited, and I told him is there anymore further interviews, he said "we usually do 2-3 interviews, but I like you very much, your attitude and passion, that I will take you right away, I see you going far in life, and I want to see what you do with it." So I was hired on the spot, without any further questions.
