I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2016
Interview
The interview went great!!! So basically i was contacted by email that i had an interview and to be there by 2pm i had applied online 2 days before offered an interview. i went in 10 -15 minutes early went up to the line politely told them i had an interview they told me to take a seat and they will be with me shortly. One of the crew members came and introduced herself and it was two other canidates and we all sat in a group and she asked us why chipotle? Tell me about yourself, and whats are favorite animal was. Then after the questions, she politely told one of the canidates that she will be in contact via email and thanks for coming and me and the other person to have a seat and somone would be right with us. Then i was interviewed sepreately by another crew member we vibed really well and basically i was hired on the spot. One of my biggest advice would be KNOW ABOUT THE COMPANY that is really really important and have confidence and be friendly learn what a top performer is, empowerment, and food with integrity. those are really important good luck everyone.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bixby Knolls, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
