I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (New Port Richey, FL) in May 2016
Interview
When I arrived for the interview the restaurant was still closed. I entered the restaurant and joined about 20 other applicants in the back. We all waited about 45 minutes before the manager came out . Then he preceded to interview people two at a time. I felt this was very unprofessional and a lack of privacy. If you do not have time to interview 20 people the right way why bother at all?
They asked me a few basic questions and offered me food. We sat in the main part of the restaurant while others were eating. The woman interviewing me seemed not so interested in what I had to say.
