I applied online and got an email the next day saying I had an interview exactly a week later. I went into the restaurant the day of the interview and told them i was there for the interview. They gave me a cup and told me to sit down at one of the tables. Four crew members interviewed me asking pretty much the same questions each time. The final crew member told me to come back the next day to interview some more. I came back the next day and waited to be interviewed again. The kitchen manager in training came out and interviewed me once more, went back to the kitchen, returned, and told me I got the job. Overall, it was very easy going interviews that felt more like conversations than being interviewed.
