I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (San Antonio, TX) in May 2016
Interview
I got a call to have an interview and came in that weekend. They were understaffed at the time so the manager on duty couldn't interview me right away and told two workers that were on lunch break to come over and talk to me which was pretty much how they do the interview. They want you to meet all the crew and the managers ask them how they feel about the applicants and if they think they'd be a good fit. They ask you about yourself and why you want to work there and it's a pretty chill conversation. The manager came over and talked to me for a while and asked pretty much the same stuff and invited me back that Thursday for my final interview where I'd meet the rest of the crew and the other managers. I came back and met them but was a little more uncomfortable because it was a lot of them at the table with me at once. The other manager was there and seemed cold and uninterested in talking me but all the other crew members were really kind and easy to talk to. That manager told me they were having a meeting that Saturday to discuss new hires and they'd get back to me if they wanted me. No call on Saturday :(

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bixby Knolls, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

Question 1
They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
