After I applied online for the position, I was given an interview. I arrived and waited for about ten minutes while the GM prepared. We interviewed in the lobby and there were about 40~50 interviewees. I didn't know what was going on until after the interview had started. This was because it was a group interview. Which wouldn't have been a problem except that's all that it was. There was only one question which was so incredibly generalized you could have told a story about how much you love cheese and not be considered off topic. There was no individual interview process.
