Interview
The interview lasted about 15 minutes (group interview). There were 4 other people being interviewed with me. The manager would ask a question and everyone had a chance to answer. There was no order to who answered the question so there was plenty of time to come up with a good answer. After the interview, the manager let us know that he would contact us in 24 hours to setup a 2nd interview if we met the criteria.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
