Interview
The Interview Process was fairly simple. I introduced myself to the manager, asked for an application, and the manager told me I could come at 4:00 next week for an interview. I came with a resume but they wouldn't take it. The online application process caused me problems but I got hired before I actually finished the application. I was interviewed 3 times before being hired. I was interviewed with another girl. the second time it was a one-on-one with 2 different managers. The third time Chipotle crew asked me questions. The fourth time I came it, it was just to congratulate me on getting the job.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
