Interview
Applied online and received an email with the store location and time to come in. Came in 10 minutes early and was given a drink and to take a seat and they would be with me. Waited about 10 minutes before a worker came to speak with me. I thought it would be a group interview because there seemed to be two other people there for an interview. I went first and was told afterwards I would be emailed within 24-48 hours whether I would be offered the job, asked to come in for a second interview to meet the manager and shift crew, or that I wasn't going to be offered a position.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
