Interview
For my first interview, I talked with I believe was the kitchen manager and it went great. He asked me basic questions: Why did I leave my past job? Why would I be the better candidate for this job? Tell me about yourself. When the interview came to a closing he asked if I was available two days from that date and that would be my second interview. I arrived and I didn't talk to the same person. The guy that I talked to this time wasn't really with me per se. He asked me basically the same things but he wasn't thinking nor was paying attention to what I had to say. I knew it wasn't going too well only because he wasn't focused on me. We sat outside and he looked around as lot. I knew I wasn't going to get the job.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
