the process was fairly easy. i applied online & within 2 days i check my email to see that i have an interview scheduled on a Monday. I get there 10 minutes early.. It reached the interview time, & the person who interviewed us was a crew member. Mind you, im an african american female, We all had to sign a clipboard with our contact information. I got there second, and two more people came after me. I really dont know if this is a racial thing, But I was interviewed last. & the crew member said, "the reason i interviewed you last is because you came last." which wasnt true at all.. I came to interview with her, and she made me feel really uncomfortable. She wasn't showing any eye contact, She didn't smile, It was just awful. She only asked me 3 questions related to the job & the rest had nothing to do with it. She also asked me a question that I had to think about, which was really hard for me because I didnt know the answer to it. I think that is what messed me up. I went home, & 8 hours later, I received an email saying i will not be offered a job.
