Interview
Well coming into the interview for chipotle I was slightly nervous, this was my first real job so I was kinda iffy. But I know I did all my research so I had nothing to really be nervous about. When the hiring manager came to interview me, he was very nice & friendly. He shook my hand firmly and gave me eye contact and said hi my name is....... I'm the hiring manager at this location, Tell me something about your self? Then I basically told him who I was and where I'm from and how I came acoss the job and basically what I'm looking for when working for this company. I then got interview by two other Crew members & got hired in the spot.

Interview
My personal interview process was fairly quick and definitely positive. I applied online through indeed.com, and received a call from the store manager within a few days. We scheduled an interview, which occurred before the store opened. My interview was a group interview, with 5 people in my group- however, not all Chipotle interviews are carried out this way, many are solo interviews with the manager. They are often conducted right in the dining area, but in the summer, they're sometimes done outside on the patio. Additionally, many people are asked back for several interviews. This isn't always true, as I was hired at the end of my interview along with some others!
Spoke with hiring manager, then 2 employees asked me same exact questions and then met with the manager. The Hiring manager was open and honest and scheduled me for a second interview. Was called back for a second interview with two employees who then asked me very similar questions and answered any questions I had about the job. Was in the store and they asked to do another interview with me when I met with the Manager who asked me the exact same questions as the Hiring Manager and I was also told that most people don't get hired on the 3rd interview.

Interview
Applied online and about a week later I got a call asking to schedule an interview. When I got there it was about 3 other candidates being interviewed one on one. We went outside and sat down when it was my turn he manager asked me questions for about 10 minutes then the interview was over. I went across the street to target and then came back and ordered a chicken burrito bowl then the manager asked if I could stay a while to meet the other manager. I waited and when she came she asked me questions and then wanted me to meet the crew and then told me I was hired.
