It was basically a very relaxed and laid-back type of interview. Almost like having a conversation with an old friend. I applied online and received a call less than 24 hours later to set up an interview for the next day. When I arrived at Chipotle, I went up to an employee behind the counter and told them that I had an interview at 4pm. She then told me that the general manager was busy and I would have to wait ten minutes. I actually didn't mind waiting and was offered some water. The manager finally came out and introduced herself to me and brought out another crew member to assist with the interview process.
