The first interview was a group interview. If the manager wanted you for a second one on one interview, you were contacted by email. I got a second interview. If the manager liked you, a third interview was scheduled. I got the third interview. This particular interview was a crew interview, in which current workers asked me questions. It was the longest interview, consisting of about five different crew members. This was probably the most fun interview. They ask you pretty much whatever comes to mind. After two weeks and three interviews, I didn't get the job. Oh well.
