I applied online after seeing an ad on facebook and picked the nearest location nearby and mine was a 10 minute drive. It took 3-4 days and they emailed me telling me that I have an Interview on Monday, which it 3 days from that day. At 10am before the restaurant opening. Before the interview, I did a lot of research from the website, glassdoor reviews, and interviews (which is totally important!! Always do your homework even if you don't want to). I was nervous but I when I went there there was 1 person waiting to get interviewed but I was inside the car. So 10 minutes before 10am I went in and was greeted by the manager, told me to take a sit. And then 6 more people showed up. But only 3 of us were wearing business casual and the rest are wearing tshirt and jeans. So I guess that was a good first impression. They interviewed the people who went in first so that was me and another guy. They asked us to sit where people normally eat and We were inteviewed by a lady and a man and both were totally nice. They asked for our names and started. They didn't ask business type questions and all they care about is about you and what you think about the food and company. It was laid back, and really fun. Though you could feel the other interviewees staring at you. Then they asked if you have any other question and make sure you ask something because they like curious people. And always, always include the 13 characteristics in your interview. At the end me and the other person with me got hired on the spot and we accepted. The next 3 hours we got an email for on boarding.
