I arrived at the interview about 15 minutes early just to be safe. I was told to wait until it started, which was fine. When the interview began, the manager was the one asking us (group interview) questions. Initially, I felt like we all had a fair chance. However, half way through the interview she focused on one candidate and gave little attention to me and the other two. It was clear that the three of us weren't getting an offer. She asked us about 2-3 questions each and asked the one candidate about 5-6. I feel this is unfair because they got a bigger window of opportunity to express why they should get the job. The main 2-3 questions are quite vague, so prepare beforehand what you are going to say. The additional ones she asked the one candidate were more detailed, and the rest of us were sitting there listening to him talk.
