Interview
I applied on a Thursday and was emailed to come in on the next Monday. When I got there I sat with a group of about 5 others who also applies. We spoke to the general manager and it was really fun. He only asked us each about 2 questions and explained some things about the company. Later that night I was emailed to come back for my second interview on a Thursday. There were 4 of us in the group that time and we all talked to the manager, as she asked more questions and we talked as a group. Sunday I went in for the third interview. I spoke with 2 crew members separately, and then 2 more with another girl interviewing. I told them about my experience in food business and fast paced service. Later that day the manager called me back and I was hired!

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
