Interview
The interview was early in the morning (8:30 a.m.) on a Saturday and was a group interview. They had us wait outside at some tables, then let us in for the interview. They had us sit in a line, pass around a clipboard to write our names and numbers, and the woman asked us for our names so she could write them down on her clipboard. She asked about 4-5 questions, and allowed the group to answer them as they could or wanted to. Then she explained the benefits of Chipotle and shared some company/store stories. Then she finished up, and said we could all leave and that she'd get back to us if anyone was fit for the position.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
