Interview
I applied on their careers website and got a call a few days later from the head manager asking me to come in for an interview. I went in dressed up with a suit and tie and everything, only to find that it was a "group" interview with one other person, who was dressed in casual clothes. After asking around later on, the other crew also dressed casually for their interviews.
It seems that they (usually) hire people for being on the service line, which means that they primarily look for personality. SMILE a lot, be enthusiastic, and make sure to talk about how inspiring their "Food with Integrity" value is. If you have previous experience in food service, make sure to bring it up when relevant.
I've heard that there are 2 rounds of interviews, but I got a call 1 or 2 days later congratulating me on the job after just one interview.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
