brief group interview. it became obvious that they were really looking more at your personality and attitude than your previous work experience, though they ask about that too. they want to see if you fit most or ALL the 15 characteristics they look for in an employee. which I was fine with, but what I didn't like was how certain chipotle locations don't bother contacting you back for a 2nd interview, and how getting a hold of them was near impossible even after an email or a phone call. it really made me question their hiring process and how people get hired there.
