The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
I applied online and went in for their national career day. There were a bunch of people there so they were doing group interviews. I got an email a couple days later to come back for a second interview, which was another group interview. They said they would contact us for a one on one interview if they liked us. I didn't hear back for a week, so I called for an update and they said to just wait another couple days because they hadn't made any decisions. About a week later, I got an email for another interview. This interview was a one on one with the GM and another one on one with the store's apprentice. All the interviewers asked the same types of questions, and they were all really nice and made me feel comfortable. She offered me the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bixby Knolls, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
