The first interview is a phone interview with a recruiter and the second is with a panel of your would be peers. They are very interested in who you are as a person as well as what you have to offer to the Chipotle career. Chipotle seems to be a positive company to work for and for the community.

Interview
Online video interview, then phone interview, then in-person interview. The online interview was a 15 minute video interview in which you recorded your answers to 5 recorded questions. The phone interview was a 15 minute interview with an internal recruiter in which we touched on current job duties. The questions seemed to be team-oriented questions and it seemed they were looking for someone who easily buy into Chipotle's employee model.
