Interview
I went into the interview wearing a Polo shirt and Jeans. I told the cashier I was there for an interview and she offered me a drink and told me to take a seat and the manager would be right with me. I spoke with an assistant manager. She asked me about my past experiences and what am I looking for in a job. After a brief amount of behavioral questions, she took me to the Back of House to meet the staff on duty and talk with them. A few staff members asked me a few questions and after that I met with the General Manager and she also proceeded to ask me questions. After speaking with the GM, she sat me in the office and offered me a position.

Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
