I applied online and was called in for an interview along with 5 other applicants. The branch manager performed the interview, he seemed very clueless of well known institutions near this Chipotle location and did not seem like he wanted to hire anyone.

You first have an interview with a manager, and if they like you you have an interview with the general manager. If both of those go well you have a group interview with the associates. If they like you then you're hired
