I knew someone working at the store and thereby avoided the standard group interview. Let's face it, I would not have gotten this job without nepotism.
Interview encompassed sitting at a table at the store during a lull period and having a conversation with him about myself and my interest in Chipotle.

I don't remember. This was 3 years ago.
But, questions generally revolved around your character, values, and why Chipotle inspired you.
Quick chat with manager, 30 minutes, had to speak about my previous work experience, and how I Work with customers and availability as well as commitment to the team for both the current season and onward.
It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.

very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
