I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Enfield, CT) in Feb 2018
Interview
I had to wait 30 minutes in the eating area while the manager was in a meeting even though he was the person who scheduled me to come at that time. Then he came and offered me a free drink and meal so that was alright. Asked questions about Chipotle which I had studied to get the right answer but also not sound too disingenuine. Never got a call back.

What made you want to work at Chipotle and not another restaurant?
They called me in for an interview with the manager. She didn’t ask a ton of questions besides my availability and experience. Wasn’t a very enthusiastic interviewer and then never got back to me
The interview process was pretty. Good. He just asked questions. The manager was friendly. He was on time. I signed papers. he said he was going call me back. It was quick and easy.
