I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Goldsboro, NC) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was pretty smooth. It took longer than expected bu that was because they went ahead and did it all then and there. We started with a group interview. There was quite a bit of people there and we all got to know each other some before starting. I definitely recommend talking to people to show that you are very social. They started the interview and asked simple things to get to know you and what your interests are. They asked why you wanted to work there and really paid attention to how confident and friendly you were. After everyone was done, they "sent everyone home." Except while everyone was leaving, they stopped three of us. They told us that they were really interested in talking to us so they sent everyone home in order to do that. We each had a one on one interview and it was then when they asked about our experience and talked to us more about what is to be expected. After each of us went, they went to the back to discuss I guess who they wanted to hire. After they were done talking, they called the one person to the back and sat with her and told her that she did not get the job. The second person they called to the back and told him that he did, and then they called me and told me that I did.

Short and easy one on one interview, after the first one you get called in for a second interview where they take your information and you test for food handler card.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Vienna, VA) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview went well and I thought management was trying to help grow but I seen other wise from a customer perspective and it wasn’t a pretty sight! I will like to see the employees and customers communicate on a professional level for business.
