I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
I applied online then a received a phone call inviting me for an interview for 5pm. The interview was grouped. It was about 5 applicant including myself. The interview was done by 3 managers. the GM and two SM. Each asked a question and the interviewee took turns answering it. Wasn't the best because if you answer the question last its going to look like you copied from the rest. I was hired because I didn't wait my turn to answer questions and I smile throughout the interview. I receive a phone call the moment the interview was over and I was walking to the train station, informing me that I was hired.
