I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Germantown, MD) in Apr 2019
Interview
I firstly applied online on the website. I called to ask about the status of my interview. I kept calling back and they finally gave me a call back. They emailed me for an interview. When I arrived at the interview I waited 30mins. They asked me basic questions one on one, they also interviewed other people and said they will call back if I was fit for the position.
They called me in for an interview with the manager. She didn’t ask a ton of questions besides my availability and experience. Wasn’t a very enthusiastic interviewer and then never got back to me
The interview process was pretty. Good. He just asked questions. The manager was friendly. He was on time. I signed papers. he said he was going call me back. It was quick and easy.
