Question 1
I've been on several job interviews before so nothing came out of left field. She asked about my experiences, my education, and what i knew about the company. I guess the thing to remember is read the about me section on Chipotle's main page. Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
