This place is always hiring but never hires the the people that apply or can be seen as qualified. This is Group interviews. The hiring manger was late to the interview, and when you get there you sign in, and go around the table when answering questions with the other people who also applied . And then told us that we will hear from them and few days later didn’t get an offer.

Interview process is simply filling out your application online and coming in the store during the time you selected. I'm not sure if the managers know about your interview so you do have to let them know.
The interview process was quick and straightforward. I was asked about my availability, past retail experience, and how I would handle customer interactions. The manager was friendly and explained the job expectations clearly. I received an offer shortly after the interview.
It went well and I’m glad that I got to talk with the manager. It was smooth but I think I was overthinking my answers. Didn’t get the job but glad for my first interview it went okay
