Interview
I went up to the counter and said that I was there for an interview. The folks behind the counter were incredibly nice and said I should sit and wait. There were other candidates too.
I waited for 15 minutes, only to have a 30 second interview with the other candidates. It was terrible. I was sad.
Also, they said they would be in touch for another interview- But then, I got an email saying I would not be getting the position.
The staff was so nice, it’s not their fault, but oh my god the management needs help.
I wouldn’t apply unless you have previous experience.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
