Applied online spoke with HR regarding the opening. Basic questions about background, was told I would be notified of the next steps. Received an email saying they were moving forward with another candidate that had more experience
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
Interview process began with an agency and ended with an internal manager. He was incredibly difficult to speak to, didn't have a big personality and provided very short responses to questions and dialogue, causing an awkward experience all around. My suggestion for the org would be to better train their hiring managers on the interviewing and hiring process. You're trying to attract talent as much as talent is trying to attract you.
