Interview
I had 2 group interviews. The first one was in the restaurant and by the general manager to know a little about everyone. The second,which to be honest was unnecessary considering they ended up hiring all of us. (little did we know they where under staffed), was in the patio with the assistant manager who asked us questions pertaining to the restaurant, customer service, and availability.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
