I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Tacoma, WA) in Apr 2014
Interview
So I applied online and within a few days I got a call back for an interview. However the interview was held in the late afternoon, when they're especially busy, which turned out to be a problem. I figured considering they're busy they would conduct the interview in an office or away from the busy chaos. But no, the manager held the interview right in the middle of the restaurant, where we had to talk over all the loud noise. Also I thought it especially rude and unprofessional that she kept on walking away to direct employees to help out on the front end cause the line was beginning to line out the door. So it was kind of hard to answer her questions. I got a second interview though, which was really brief.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day

Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
