Interview
I got there a little early and told a crew member that I was there for an interview. I was given a cup if I wanted something to drink and a sheet of paper with seemingly unimportant information, like values they look for in their employees (e.g. honesty). Two other people were already waiting. The manager got there a couple mins late and he came with a member of staff who he was training. Throughout the interview he whispered things to the staff member he was training, supposedly so that he would now what to look for in future when hiring. Most questions centered around our knowledge of the company, food with integrity, who founded Chipotle,etc.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
