The entire process took about a week. I applied online and received an email a week later asking me to come in for a group interview. I got there and there were 6 of us total for the interview. One assistant manager and a kitchen manager in training came out to interview us. They split us into 2 groups of 3 and as the first group was being interviewed a 7th person walked in 15 minutes late. Then I was interviewed in the second group and they asked us 3 questions and told us about what kind of applicant they are looking for and talked about the 13 characteristics. They told us that within 24 hours we will receive an email telling us that they chose another candidate or inviting us back for a second interview. I did not receive an email until a week later informing me that they chose someone else. One of the girls that was chosen for a second interview was dressed in short shorts and a tank top and they also chose the guy that was 15 minutes late to the interview. This was very disappointing to me because I saw this as unprofessional.
